Breakfast Pizza

 

1 8 oz) can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls

8 ounces bulk breakfast sausage
1/2 cup onions
2 cups frozen hash-brown potatoes, thawed
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/2 cheese black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 Roma tomato, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
 
Heat oven 375 degrees.  Spray 12 inch pizza pan lightly with cooking spray.
 
Press crescent triangles into a 12-inch pizza pan and then layer thawed hash brown potatoes.  In a
small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper; pour over hash brown potatoes. Top with shredded cheese and then spread tomato and bell
pepper over top.  Bake about 25-30 minutes until nice and browns.
