Chicken & Rice Casserole 
 
 
Boneless Chicken
1  cup rice, uncooked
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 can cream of celery soup
Salt,pepper 
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup chopped celery
 
Put rice, water, celery, onion & seasonings in baking dish.  On top of that put
Raw chicken (or slightly browned).  Pour undiluted soup on top.  Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
 
For more gravy, use full can of cream celery or chicken soup.
