Irish Coffee

 
2 Jiggers (3 ounces) Irish Whiskey 
2 TO 4 Teaspoons sugar 
2 Cups strong, very hot coffee 
Whipped cream, chipped 
  
Warm two 8 ounce stemmed glasses or coffee
Pour in 1 jigger whiskey per cup 
Stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar per cup 
Fill cups to within one inch brims with hot coffee.
Stir to dissolve sugar. 
Float chilled whipped cream on top of the coffee, to brim. 
Do not stir.  Sip through cream. 
  
Makes 2 servings.
