Mexican
Casserole
1 bag nachos or fritos,
crushed
1 can cream of mushroom
soup
4 ounces can chilies,
diced
1 lb. hamburger
2 cups longhorn
cheese
shredded cheese and chopped
tomatoes
Picante sauce
Brown hamburger. Add soup,
sauce and chilies. Mix well. Crush 1/3 nachos or
fritos and add 1/2 hamburger mix,1/2 onion and 1/2
cheese. 1/3 nachos or fritos then remaining
hamburger mixture, onion and cheese. Top with
nachos or fritos and bake in 13x9" pan at 400 for 20
minutes.
