4 cups diced
cooked
potatoes
1 cup
mayonnaise
1 cup
finely diced celery
1 TBS.
vinegar

chopped hard cooked
eggs
2 tsp.
prepared mustard
1/4
cups finely chopped
pickles
1/2 tsp
celery seed
1/2 cup
sliced green onion
1 1/2 tsp
salt
(Use
some of the tops, washed
well)
1/8 tsp.
pepper
1/4 cup
radishes
2 T.
parsley
Combine
all ingredients and chill several
hours.
