Quick & Easy Refrigerator Rolls

 
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 cup lukewarm water
4 cups unsifted all purpose flour
 
Stir ingredients together in the order given above.  Knead into round ball (adding flour if too sticky to handle)  Refrigerate dough at least 12 hours.  May be kept in refrigerator several days). 
 
Roll dough into your favorite shape & let rise until double in size.  Bake at 350. degrees.
 
Your guests will love this and ask for recipe.  You can use portion and save remainder as it saves well.  Cover lightly.
