Strawberry Ice
Cream
Combine:
1 quart
Half & Half
2 -10
oz. pkg. frozen strawberries (do not use
fresh)
1 quart
milk
1 tsp.
vanilla
2 cups
dry milk
dash of
salt
1 3/4
cups sugar
1 tsp.
red food coloring
Freeze
with ice cream freezer.
Best if
allowed to ripen(sit in ice cream freezer) two
hours. Raspberries may be substituted for
strawberries.
