Beat 6
eggs
2 cups
sugar
1/4 t.
salt
Mix 2
cups dry powdered milk with 1 quart half and
Half
Add 3
cups milk
1 T.
vanilla
Freeze
Fruit
flavors may be added:
1. Apricot - Add 1
small can apricot nectar
2. Peach - Add ripe
chopped peaches
3. Banana - add
ripe mashed bananas
Best if
dasher is removed from freezer, packed with ice and
Rock Salt. Best if allowed to ripen (sit in the
ice cream freezer) 2
hours.
